Our Approach

Advancement does not just provide a list of names.

Our role is to be a consultant and strategic advisor by providing judgment, market intelligence and strategic insight to our clients. We perform in-depth analysis of our candidates to document accomplishments, management style, leadership philosophy and personal and professional ambitions. We also maintain a close relationship with the client throughout the search process, from our initial meeting to closing the offer. After every search, we conduct a Client Satisfaction Survey, asking clients to evaluate our performance and results.
